3 mins speech today, start from the back somemore!!!!! I naturally sux at speech, like wat i have said be4, the genes aren't in me.

After the hour break, chee wei and i decided to skip maths to see David Beckham. Im definately no die hard fan of him but i juz wanna experience what is it like to anticipate the arrival of a star.

The su and siti decided to tag along, pretty unexpected. Oh well, the more the merrier i guess.

Be4 today, all i thought was that it was a hoax, why would David Beckham would wanna come to NYP???? Whats there to see.

When we arrived, there was already a large crowd gathering. We found a nice spot at the staircase which was pretty close to the entrance.

And so we waited, waited and waited. Lotsa force alarms by irritating ppl.

Chee wei's friend came along too. The guy who joined make up so he could see the girls. =p lol.

For 1 and 1/3 hour we waited. I was starting to feel guilty for not going for lecture. Im those goodie goodie type up till now, where i feel that rules are meant to be broken. If we stick to rules too much we would have definately miss out on alot of interesting experience. But the guilt shows that the goodiness is still in me.

Even met a new paper jounalist, forgot whats his name.

After awhile we were forced to move back. The escalator was stopped and we were allowed to stand on the steps. Naturally i went for a nice spot. And so the wait continues.

Then came the police cars and beckham's car. A crowd of estimated 800 or a 1000 over located over three levels went wild.

David Beckham came in a white jacket and white trainers. Assumingly representing the all white strip of Real Madrid. He juz walked in and signed two soccer balls which were located at a table. Hes pretty tall, towering over most of the locals. Whether hes shuai anot, i cant tell, cause i aint no girl.

It was juz a brief glimsp of him, but i guess it was a dream come true for some. now i understand why everyone seeks fame, its juz pulsating being a star. Imagine the number of ppl out there who wants to know u and wait for hours juz to take a quick glance at u. Fame is addictive i guess, but long term it might not be gd necessarily.

The only person among the thousand that had a decent shot of beckham i guess was the new paper reported. He carried an SLR camera that probably could zoom in at least 15 or more times.

Cheewei and his friend even went to take handphone shots of the SLR camera lcd display pic of david beckham. So blur how to see. lol.

After tat we went back to the lecture theatre to attend the remaining 10 mins of the lesson. Some ppl were still waiting there outside the auditorium which beckham was in. lol.

Borrowed maths bk from jia qi. Went to library to analyze the new info. Luckily the lesson was going at snail pace and the new matrix stuff wasnt too hard. So the trip and lecture traunt is alrite i guess.

Now gotta go bathe first , slp for awhile then study.
